Bob Hartwick - Associate Broker
Bob has been creating opportunities in Northern Michigan real estate for over 35 years. His journey started in 1989 at Trout Creek Condominium Resort, where he learned that successful real estate is understanding how people actually want to live and helping them achieve that aspiration.
Bob has worked on both sides of Northern Michigan real estate — developing and launching new resort properties, then helping individual families find their perfect Up-North homes. He’s been involved in projects totaling over $200 million in sales, from multi-family golf course communities to intimate waterfront retreats.
After years with Boyne USA and RE/MAX, Bob and Trish founded Hartwick Realty Group in 2004 (now Hartwick Up-North Homes under Coldwell Banker). They wanted to build something different — a real estate team that treats neighbors like relationships, not transactions. Bob, Trish, and their son, Will, live in Harbor Springs with their dogs, Griffin and Bo.

You'll find Bob on tennis courts (college player and tennis pro — still competitive!), golf courses, or ski slopes. Bob is an active member of Holy Childhood Church. With each closing, he and Trish contribute to the local Child Abuse Prevention and Education Council.
