I live down state in Metro-Detroit and recently needed to list/sell a house as a successor trustee for a good friend. I needed to find an agent who would take the point and handle all of the additional local issues that needed to be navigated. Trish was great! I felt like our realtor was always working in our best interest. He was also very responsive and helpful with all our needs and questions. When we looked at other homes, he always gave us an honest assessment of the houses and didn't try and sell us a house that was not a good deal or a good fit. He also helped us get the house we were purchasing up to standard. During our inspection there were some items that we wanted to have repaired prior to moving into the house. He contacted the repairman and made sure it got fixed. In addition, we needed to have some repairs done by the condo association. He coordinated the addition of a gutter and downspout as well as some repairs to our deck. He went out of his way to make sure all these repairs were done prior to our moving in.

I was impressed with Trish when I bought this home through her 8 years ago and went back to her when I decided to sell. Her knowledge of the area coupled with her knowledge of the local real estate market leave a seller (and a buyer) knowing they are in good hands. Trish was always available when I had a question or with news of potential buyers. When it came time to discussing the offer that had been made, she helped me to understand the why's and wherefore's but did not make me think her opinion was the only one nor necessarily the right on. I’m writing this review for Trish Hartwick as EXTREMELY satisfied customer! I know her since year 2005. She was working for me as buyer’s agent when I was buying my first house. Thanks for her great knowledge and experience, I was able to buy my home for a very good price in 2006 on a pick of “house bobble”. I was so pleased working with Trish, so I called her in 2014 when I needed to sell my house. I’m VERY happy I made this decision! She was working really hard, and even in this challenging Northern Michigan winter real estate market, I was able to sell my house very quick and I got best possible price!
